Pre-Orders & Scheduled Purchases
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been prepared or shipped.
After this period, cancellations are not accepted, as we begin preparing your order.
One-Time Purchases
One-time orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed at checkout. Please double-check your items and details before completing the purchase.
