Exchanges Only:
We offer exchanges only in the case of damaged or incorrect products.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To qualify, the item must be:
• unused
• unopened
• in its original packaging
• reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for refund.
