- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected locations (if applicable)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.
- Free delivery may apply for orders above 500$
- Any customs duties or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Confirmation
- Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
- A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value equipment.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Customers must inspect the package upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address information.
