Hardware Defect Return Policy

1. Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If a hardware product is found to be defective within 7 days of delivery, it qualifies as Defective on Arrival (DOA).
Conditions:
- The defect must be reported within 7 days.
- Product must have no physical damage caused by misuse.
- All original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.
Resolution:
After inspection and confirmation of defect:
- The product will be replaced with a new unit, OR
- A full refund will be issued if replacement is not available.
2. Defects After 3 Days
If a defect occurs after the DOA period:
- The product will be handled under manufacturer warranty terms.
- We will assist the customer in submitting a warranty claim.
- Repair or replacement will depend on the manufacturer’s policy.
Refunds are not applicable after the DOA period.
3. Inspection Process
All returned hardware will undergo technical inspection by our support team.
If the product is found to be:
- Factory defective → Replacement or repair will be provided.
- Damaged due to misuse, power surge, liquid damage, or physical impact → Warranty will be void.
4. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Software-related issues
- Compatibility issues not confirmed prior to purchase
- Consumables (e.g., toner, batteries)
- Damage caused by improper installation
5. How to Report a Defect
Customers must:
- Contact support within the defect reporting period
- Provide invoice number and description of issue
- Allow troubleshooting before return approval
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
