Reports & Analytics
Reports and Analytics help you see how your business is doing: sales summaries, trends over time, and exportable data for your records or accounting. This guide explains what each section does and how to use it.
Reports
The Reports section gives you a summary of your sales: totals, breakdowns by period, and the ability to filter by date range. You can generate a report for a specific day (e.g. today’s takings), week, or month, so you can close the day or review performance on a regular basis. It’s the place to go when you need a clear snapshot of revenue and activity without digging through individual orders.
Analytics
Analytics goes a step further than basic reports: you can view trends over time, compare one period to another (e.g. this week vs last week), and run custom reports for the exact date range you care about. That makes it easier to see which products or categories sell best, how sales change from week to week or month to month, and where to focus your stock or promotions. Use it when you want to understand not just “how much” but “how it’s changing.”
Export and PDF
From Reports you can export or print to PDF, so you have a clean snapshot to hand to your accountant, keep in your records, or attach to an email. Many other sections in the app — Orders, Products, Clients, and more — also offer PDF or CSV export for that specific data, so you can pull lists or summaries whenever you need them without leaving the section you’re in.
Quick report from dashboard
From the main dashboard you can create a quick report without opening the full Reports page. It’s a shortcut for a fast daily or weekly check — one or two clicks and you get a summary so you can see how the day or week is going before diving into the rest of the app.
