Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all perfumes and body care products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos or videos.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Once the issue is verified, we will offer:

• A replacement of the same item, or
• Store credit (if applicable)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
