This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and social media channels within Lebanon. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare, cosmetics, and dietary supplements, specific return conditions apply.



2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges


We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:


The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The product is in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)


Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.



3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items


If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during delivery

Incorrect (different from your order)

Expired or defective



Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.


In such cases, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

Refund (if replacement is unavailable)



4. Exchanges for Personal Reasons


If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product:


Requests must be made within 48 hours

The item must remain unopened and unused

The customer is responsible for delivery and exchange shipping fees


We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.



5. Refunds


Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Product is defective or damaged

Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

Order cannot be fulfilled


Approved refunds may be processed via:

Store credit (preferred method)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.

7. Shipping Responsibility


If the return is due to our error: we cover all shipping costs


If the return is requested by the customer: shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility


We are not responsible for items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
