Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).




2. Shipping Regions & Methods

5. Delays & Exceptions


While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, delays may happen due to stock issues, courier service disruptions, or external factors beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7. Incorrect Address or Customer-Error


If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
