  • Sharing accounts
  • Using bots, cheats, or mods
  • Violating platform rules

  • Must be reported within:
  • 24โ€“72 hours for initial access issues
  • Provide:
  • Screenshot or screen recording
  • Proof of payment

  • Account will be fixed or replaced
  • If no solution is possible:
