Our jewelry is made upon order and customized with your own choice of options and variants, using a calligraphy design created by hand for you upon order. We communicate with you all the details and specifications of your purchase, and our production begins only once we receive your approval on the design and upon confirmation of all your preferences. We ask you to please make sure you provide us with the correct info and specifications.
In for any reason you received the wrong or a faulty item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make sure you receive a replacement in the shortest amount of time possible.
Because of the nature of our personalized production, we are unfortunately unable to offer return / exchange or refund if you received exactly what you ordered.
