Our jewelry is made upon order and customized with your own choice of options and variants, using a calligraphy design created by hand for you upon order.
We communicate with you via WhatsApp to confirm your order and all its details and your preferences for the piece purchased, also to give you update and shipping / delivery details once we have dispatched your order.
Our production begins once we receive your approval on the design and you confirm with us all the details. We ask you to please make sure you provide us with all the correct info for your personalization to avoid any mistakes.
In case you received the wrong item we make sure to send you a replacement in the shortest amount of time possible.
Because of the nature of our personalized production we are unfortunately unable to offer return if you received exactly what you ordered.
