Return and Exchange policy

• Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, Vison/Leggings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

• One Size Items: Please note that "One Size" items are non-returnable for fit issues.

• Fees: Delivery charges for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

• Defects: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours for a free replacement.
