At Antyko, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.


Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return or exchange:


  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.


  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).


  • Returns requested after 7 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.


No Refund Policy


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including both in-store and online orders.


Approved returns will be eligible for one of the following:


  • Exchange for another item of equal or greater value (price difference may apply), or


  • Store credit for the value of the returned item.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Seasonal or holiday merchandise (unless defective)


Online Orders


For online purchases:


  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
