Refunds and returns information for ARDH124.
If for any reason you receive a faulty, wrong, or a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent your way in as little time as possible, and we cover the new delivery / shipping cost ourselves.
If you received the right and exact product that you ordered, and in a perfect condition, but still wish to return it or exchange it, we will also be happy to accommodate, but note please that the return and the new delivery / shipping cost in this case must be covered by the customer.
Please get in touch within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for the exchange / return. You would be asked to send back the received item unused and in its original packaging. In the case of a return - refund request, we will reimburse you fully upon receiving the returned goods in their original state and packaging. Please note that the initial delivery / shipping cost is non-refundable.
