If for any reason you receive a faulty, wrong, or a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent your way in as little time as possible, and we cover the new delivery / shipping costs ourselves.
If you received the right and exact product that you ordered, and in a perfect condition, but still wish to return it or exchange it, we will be happy to accommodate. Please note that the return or the new delivery / shipping charges in this case are paid by the customer. Please get in touch within 2 days of receiving your order, you would be asked to send us back the received item unused and in its original packaging. In the case of a return - refund request, we will reimburse you fully upon receiving the returned goods in their original state and packaging. Please note that the initial charges for delivery / shipping are not usually refunded.
