Accepting Whish and Cash: Payment Options That Work in Lebanon

Many customers in Lebanon pay by cash on delivery or by Whish (mobile money transfer). If your checkout only offered card payments, you’d miss a lot of orders. YellowPOS lets you enable both: the customer chooses at checkout, and the order is recorded with the selected method so you know what to collect.

Cash on delivery

Turn on “cash on delivery” in your store settings. At checkout, customers see it as an option. When the order is delivered, you collect cash and can mark it as paid in the dashboard. Simple and familiar for many buyers.

Whish

Add your Whish number in YellowPOS so it can be shown at checkout. Customers who prefer to pay by transfer will send the amount to that number. You can confirm payment when you receive it and mark the order paid. Keeping your number in one place (and visible only at checkout) avoids typing it in every chat.

All orders—cash or Whish—appear in the same orders list with the payment method noted, so your daily close and reporting stay clear.
