Setting Up Delivery with Google Maps for Your Store

Delivery only works if you know where to go. Vague addresses and wrong pins lead to late deliveries and extra calls. YellowPOS checkout can use Google Maps so customers type their address with autocomplete or drop a pin on the map—you get a clear location every time.

Why address quality matters

In Lebanon, street names and building numbers aren’t always standard. Letting customers pick their location on a map or choose from Google’s suggestions reduces “I can’t find you” and speeds up your drivers. You can also set delivery zones or minimum order if you need to limit where you deliver.

Turn on delivery in your store

In your YellowPOS personalisation and store settings, enable delivery. Your checkout page will then show the address step with map/autocomplete when available. Orders will include the address and any notes so you can fulfil without chasing the customer for details.
